WHAT GOES INTO MAKING A PVC PATCH?
A graphic artist from our team will take your sketch, image or idea and turn it into a vector file with Pantone colors. This is your Digital Patch Proof. Upon your approval, we turn it into G-Code so your mold can be CNC cut from aluminum stock with the utmost precision.
Upon completion of your mold, our team produces your patch! Using high attention to detail, our team ensures each patches is perfectly formed and looking great. Once the PVC has firmed, the hook material is then stitched to your patch. Every patch made by O&A is machine stitched, not just glued.
On completion of stitching, our team rigorously inspects each patch before individually packaging it. Your patches will arrive in clear bags and free of any O&A branding. Ready for retail!

A graphic artist from our team will take your sketch, image or idea and turn it into a vector file with Pantone colors. This is your Digital Patch Proof. Upon your approval, a team member will digitize & optimize your art for embroidery.
Upon completion of your digitized art file, your patch is produced. Once sewn, the hook material is then stitched to your patch. Every patch made by O&A is machine stitched, not just glued.
On completion of stitching, our team rigorously inspects each patch before individually packaging it. Your patches will arrive in clear bags and free of any O&A branding. Ready for retail!

Upon approval of your Digital Patch Proof, the lead time is 4-6 weeks to receive your custom patches. Rush services are offered for an additional fee.

Shipping is dependent on quantity. We ship via USPS Priority with insurance.
